Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor – Real Estate will be responsible for leading and supervising the real estate sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, proven leadership skills, and strong expertise in managing sales operations, performance tracking, and KPI analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day‑to‑day activities of the real estate sales team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans and targets aligned with business objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Coach, train, and develop sales team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and management to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing strategies, and real estate contracting procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure professional, ethical, and compliant sales practices across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing and leading real estate sales and marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales strategies, pricing models, and contracting procedures.
- Hands‑on experience in sales reporting, performance tracking, and KPI analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive high‑performance sales results.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supervising sales teams in residential and/or real estate development projects.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and senior management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales tools.
