Overview
Job Type: Full-time 6 days per a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, during this time, there is an hour's break.
Location: KSA-Khobar
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating sales leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Develop plans to target customers and move forward to sign maintenance & operation, supply and housing contracts.
- Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and securing repeat business.
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and revenue targets by signing maintenance & operation, supply and housing contracts.
Qualifications
- More than 2 years of successful sales experience in the operation and maintenance or construction contracting.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and budgeting.
- Previous experience in contracting through the Etimad platform.
- Previous experience in contracting with major leading companies or financial companies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
