Job Description
- Maintain production and utility equipment availability at an optimum level.
- Implement Equipment Reliability Techniques on the site to eliminate losses, reduce risk and extend the life of equipment.
- Implement value analysis method to repair or replace spare parts, localization of spares.
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations by using proper analytical methods.
- Manage and control PCM indicators, generate reports in accordance with maintenance guide, and communicate results.
- Manage compliance of PM activity, Kanban system, AM checks, lubrication, thermography, vibration analysis, Inspection orders, and reports on intranets (MCI).
- Evaluate and plan development of technical team for the required level of expertise and create backups for core jobs.
- Manage central database for the Maintenance Team.
- Manage spare parts, spare/stock control in warehouse, and calibration activities on sites.
- Manage internal workshop activities and standards.
- Manage audits, external services and third-party inspection and compliance.
- Coordinate plan and schedule third-party services with production and planning department.
- Train teams (Production and Maintenance) about the systematic application of SAP PM/AM module, and set the pattern for general requests (services, purchases, etc).
- Support in risk assessment and develop appropriate countermeasures.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through routines that promote compliance with ESG commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent
