We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Key Account Manager to focus on the regional (Middle East & Africa) business of selected Turkish construction companies.

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will work with our Regional Sales Teams, reporting to the Head of Sales (Country) and, in a second line, to the Head of Global Key Accounts at our HQ.

This position is based in our Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia. If you are passionate about your work, driven to succeed, and eager to learn and grow, this could be your next exciting challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be the first point of contact for all regional queries from selected global Turkish construction companies and drive regional revenue goals.
  2. Collaborate closely with our organization in MEA to develop mutual strategies, considering local, regional, and international business activities.
  3. Manage responsibility for selected Turkish Global Key Accounts and develop individual key account plans based on regional projects.
  4. Develop a strong network within the Global Key Account HQ.
  5. Communicate and align all strategic activities with internal stakeholders to achieve targets.
  6. Provide input to HQ departments to develop tailored products and services supporting Turkish Key Accounts.
  7. Engage in large-scale projects in the Middle East & Africa region for assigned Turkish Key Accounts.
  8. Establish and maintain global framework and preferred supplier agreements for Turkish Key Accounts.
  9. Identify future Turkish Global Key Accounts.
  10. Support projects of Turkish Key Accounts and act as an advisor to our local sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Key Account Management and/or Sales.
  • Strong experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Strategic mindset, self-motivated with strong work ethics.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Solution-oriented and added value focus.
  • Assertive team player.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
