Job Description: QHSE Engineer – Food & Kitchens

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: General Manager

The QHSE Manager will oversee all aspects of food quality, hygiene, and occupational health & safety across kitchen and catering operations. The role ensures compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and local regulations, while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and staff training on food hygiene and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Lead risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
