Main tasks & Responsibilities
Architect and Designer Engagement
- Identification and Targeting: The Project Sales Manager is tasked with identifying architects and designers across Saudi Arabia who play pivotal roles in various construction and design projects. The Project Sales Manager engages with these architects and designers on multiple levels.

- Problem Solving: Addressing any concerns or challenges that architects and designers might have regarding products is part of this role. Whether it's technical issues, design compatibility, or cost considerations.
Builder and Contractor Outreach
- Identification of Prospects: Identify potential prospects in your region. This might involve researching local construction companies, developers, and contractors who frequently undertake projects where products can be used.
- After‑Sales Support: Promise excellent after‑sales support and customer service. This can include assistance with product quality issues that may arise during or after the sales.
Authorized Distributor Management
- Handle the pipeline with the local authorized distributors, monitor and provide the needed support ensuring successful results. Evaluate their track record, distribution network, and commitment to quality.
- Product Training: Provide comprehensive product training to authorized distributors. Ensure they have an in-depth understanding of product range, features, and benefits.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with distributors on marketing strategies and initiatives.
Project Specification
- Identify upcoming construction projects. This can be done by monitoring subscription websites to know the complete upcoming projects.
- Engaging with Decision‑Makers: Establishing relationships with key decision‑makers in construction companies, government agencies, and architectural firms is essential. These individuals are responsible for selecting and specifying products for projects. Engaging in networking events and industry conferences in the region can help in this regard.
Sales Achievement
- Sales Targets: This refers to specific numerical goals set for the region. These targets could be monthly, quarterly, or annual sales figures that the company aims to achieve. They are crucial because they provide a clear benchmark for success.

Position requirements
- Academic track record with Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in project sales management, ideally within the construction business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for brand promotion.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction and design industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
