Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) Consultant. The ideal candidate will deliver expert care for critically ill children, supervise fellows and residents, and participate in the development of specialized pediatric services. Applicants must have a recognized medical degree, completed training in PICU, and hold relevant certifications. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in PICU.
• Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
• Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
• Dataflow is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PICU care to patients.
• Supervise fellows, staff, and residents.
• Participate in the training of residents and fellows.
• Participate in research activities.
• Participate in administrative functions as needed.
