Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, and heat / cold therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, interns, or support staff as needed.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for all patients and staff within the clinic or healthcare facility.
