Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Supervisor at United Pharmaceuticals Company in Jeddah. The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll taxes, employee benefits, and accounting tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Process the company's payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Review and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments before finalizing payroll.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the payroll system.
Experience
- Proven Experience as a Payroll Supervisor from 2-4 years.
- Knowledge in Payroll reporting, Vacation and Leave Management, End-of-Service Settlements, And Attendance and Shift Management.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic, are preferred.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration, Garnishments, and Payroll Taxes skills
- Experience in managing employee benefits and accounting
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in payroll SAP systems
- Certification in Payroll or Accounting is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
