• 5 years prior experience in RSAF Training.
• Skill level 9 in related field with 5 years prior experience in Training.
• Skill level 7 in EW with 10 years prior experience in Training.

• Plan and organize facilities for training.
• Assist in developing and conducting effective OJT.
• Supervise preparation and maintenance of training records.
• Evaluates and recommends improvements for OJT.
• Develops training procedures and evaluation methods.
