Job Title : IT Technical Manager - Lead

Reports To : GM KSA

Location : Riyadh

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Technical Lead to support our sales team in delivering tailored technology solutions to clients. This role acts as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients, ensuring our IT products and services meet the customer’s needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to prospective clients.
  • Respond to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and other technical documentation as part of the sales process.
  • Assess customer infrastructure, workflows, and IT needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Preparing proposals, including solution design, architecture, and configuration.
  • Be technical advisor and advocate for clients throughout the pre-sales and post- sales process.
  • Work with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA / CCNP, or CompTIA certifications.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO CRM) and proposal tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, post-sales and support, technical project delivery, solutions architect, or similar client-facing IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and / or software systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients or attend events.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of technical engineers and consultants.
  • Native Arabic Speaker
