Job Summary: To assist and support the HR Manager in a business partner role in all areas related, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, training & compensation & benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain effective work relationships with the business and management teams, whilst coordinating all HR activities for the Group
- Partner with the recruitment team by providing all information required for sourcing candidates for the business. Following up for the recruitment of candidates within the area of responsibility, with a particular focus upon the Saudi Nationalisation program
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the investigation of all employee relations issues
- Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal process for non-managerial staff
- Assist in the annual Salary & Bonus review process
- Ensure Job Descriptions across the organization accurately reflect all business roles
- Support in projects such as job leveling, salary structure, etc.
- General administration and record keeping in accordance with audit guidelines
- Maximize the acquisition of high caliber talent, whilst observing the requirements of the Nationalization programs.
Handling government systems including MOFA, COC attestations, HRDF and other related government portals for employee documentation and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Saudi National
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR domain
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Office
- Should possess effective written & verbal communication skills
- Should be articulate and influential, with the ability to build close working relationships within a team environment
- Multi-cultural exposure within a diverse Organization
- Drive for result, creativity (outside-the-box thinking) and assertive
