About the Role

A Fleet Driver Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a fleet of vehicles and the drivers who operate them. This role involves managing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating maintenance, and addressing performance issues. They also play a key role in training, safety, and cost management within the fleet.

Responsibilities

Operational Management :

• Supervising daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and routes.
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitoring fuel consumption and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.

Driver Management :

• Training and mentoring drivers.
• Addressing performance issues and providing feedback.
• Monitoring driver behavior and promoting safe driving practices.
• Scheduling drivers and assigning routes.
• Client level relationship at the warehouse staff.
