About the Role

As a Fintech Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital financial products. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, design, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑centric fintech solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals
• Gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout development and delivery
• Ensure products comply with KSA regulatory frameworks and fintech standards
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities
• Manage stakeholder communication and product governance processes
• Support go‑to‑market planning and product launches
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital payments, financial platforms, or banking products
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the KSA fintech ecosystem
