Key Accountabilities
1. Sales
- Acquire export business from existing and new customers (15% of the export business) thereby delivering the agreed targets in the designated countries in a way that it maximizes top and bottom line results.
- Support the export team in building the volume/value growth plans for the existing markets and expansion plans for the new markets.
- Help the export team in building the monthly forecast by country as an integral part of SADAFCO’s rolling forecast.
2. Marketing
- Identify opportunities for new export markets by attending relevant tradeshows in the region/new markets with adequate representation to increase awareness and consideration of SADAFCO’s products.
3. Cross-functional partnership
- Work together with Supply Chain to ensure all operational steps including shipping and export documentation and transport and shipping of products are coordinated to help customers in the export countries get their deliveries on time.
- Build proper checks in the system to ensure product is destined for the purpose and does not infiltrate SADAFCO’s already existing markets
- Work with manufacturing sites to ensure that all the customer orders are produced as per the requirements and ready for shipment.
- Ensure that appropriate feedback regarding quality assurance and control of the products are done on a regular basis to ensure that there are zero returns due to quality issues.
4. Finance and Reporting
- Work with Finance to ensure appropriate budgeting, monitoring and reporting is done as per SADAFCO’s financial policies for all the export business in order to ensure proper financial management, e.g. follow the credit policy.

Job Requirements
- Educational level: Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimal 7 years of relevant export sales experience preferably in the GCC and West African region
- Seasoned Sales & Business Development professional with experience with a branded FMCG company
- Languages: English, Arabic and French is an advantage
- Good strategic sense, analytical skills and effective negotiation skills
