Design
- Draw complected Site survey result in Visio format including Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
Projects
- Second level of support in handling ticket assigned from Project manager or technical manager.
- Provide support for Mid-level cases assigned from technical manager or Project manager.
- Provide a proactive visit for the customer during SLA support for Mid-Size projects.
- Handle the administrator tasks Assigned from the Project manager/ Technical manager from Following up with reservation & BT before the visit for any remote site.
- Handle Mid-technical tasks from Systems not limited to Networking, Security, Wireless, DC & UC under supervision of the Senior Engineer in the Project.
Network
- Developing and implementing network solutions based on IT knowledge and company needs.
- Coordinating with technical and non-technical teams to determine network requirements and specifications.
- Installing and configuring network equipment and software.
- Performing network maintenance, troubleshooting, and security tasks.
- Providing network support and assistance to users and customers.
- Updating network documentation and keeping up with new technologies.
Technical Competency
- Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Any relevant field
