Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport Materials & Equipment: Safely transport building materials, machinery, and tools to and within the construction site.
  • Personnel Transport: Safely transport workers and supervisors.
  • Site Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on vehicles, including fuel, oil, and tires.
  • Load and Unload Cargo: Assist with loading/unloading heavy materials, ensuring secure fastening.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and site regulations; maintain safety equipment.
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with site management for timely deliveries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of deliveries, maintenance, and incidents.
  • Emergency Assistance: Support during vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Driving experience, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean record.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items, operate machinery, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Safety Training: Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE use.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication with site personnel.
  • Time Management: Ability to follow schedules and manage tasks effectively.
