Job description

Director of Broker Management – Residential Development

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

MRG Global is supporting a leading Saudi developer with the appointment of a Director of Broker Management for their growing Residential team.

This newly created leadership role will be responsible for developing and managing the brokerage strategy for a large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh. With two direct reports, you will take ownership of broker engagement, network development, and the design of commission structures to ensure long-term success in residential sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the broker management function with a strategic focus on acquisitions, partnerships, and buyer engagement.
  • Developing and implementing commission structures to support sustainable sales performance.
  • Establishing and expanding a high-quality broker network, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s residential sales strategy.
  • Managing and mentoring a small team, driving excellence in execution.
  • Acting as a key interface between external brokerage partners and internal residential sales leadership.

Candidate requirements:

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of broker management functions.
  • A stable career history with 2–3+ years in each recent role.
  • Proven experience at a top-tier developer or brokerage (e.g. Emaar, Dubai Properties, or other leading international developers).
  • Arabic speaker, currently based in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of the regional residential real estate market, including commercial and operational complexities.
