The project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day design activities across assigned projects.

  • Manage and coordinate the overall design process from concept through to construction and hand-over

  • Define and monitor design deliverables, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and on time.

  • Deliver design outputs aligned with strategic KPIs, programme, and budget requirements.

  • Implement and maintain design management systems, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.

  • Lead safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all design activities.

  • Resolve client design issues and maintain stakeholder relationships.

  • Support business development through technical input and design leadership.

Qualifications
  • A degree and background in Architecture or Engineering

  • Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.

  • Experience in the successful design and delivery of Infrastructure related projects

  • Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
