Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data administration, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and manage company data across multiple systems.
  • Maintain accurate records for projects, clients, suppliers, and internal documentation.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure data is updated and consistent.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the integration of data into ERP or CRM systems.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company standards.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and safeguarding company data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality. You will play a crucial role in supporting project teams, finance, and management by maintaining reliable data systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collect, process, and manage company data across multiple systems.

  • Maintain accurate records for projects, clients, suppliers, and internal documentation.
