Job summary

A fast-growing financial technology company is seeking candidates for a full-time customer support role. The position requires proficiency in Arabic and English, with responsibilities including support via phone, chat, and email. Candidates should be calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills, and are expected to work 24/7 rotational shifts. This role is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a monthly salary of ر.س6,000 - ر.س7,500.

  • Speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English).
  • Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and can work from the office.

Responsibilities
