Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Prepare, review, and issue contract documentation including scopes of work, variations, and payment claims.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Assess, negotiate, and process variations and claims in accordance with contract terms.
  • Support the preparation of monthly progress claims and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, registers, and documentation.
  • Liaise with the project manager, site team, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contractual or commercial issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Worley procedures, legal requirements, and relevant standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of procurement schedules and tender evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a contracts administration role, ideally within mining or industrial construction projects
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or similar) is considered an advantage
  • Strong skills in organization, documentation, and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
  • Willingness and ability to work in a site-based environment, including remote or rotation-based schedules
