Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and manage Goody’s business development and sales by driving growth initiatives, developing key account strategies, expanding customer reach, and building strong partnerships to increase revenue and strengthen market position.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Ensure departmental strategies are implemented in alignment with Goody’s vision and mission.
  • Recommend and contribute to the department budget; monitor financial performance versus targets.
  • Develop the sales operating plan for KSA and ensure delivery of forecasted results.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead identification and evaluation of new business opportunities to drive revenue and strengthen market position.
  • Collaborate with managers to model business scenarios and assess financial/operational impact.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and market entry channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand Marketing, Operations, and other teams to execute initiatives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop departmental staff to achieve objectives and build capabilities.
  • Drive change management and continuous improvement aligned with best practices and evolving market trends.
  • Ensure timely preparation of accurate departmental reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
  • Perform additional related assignments to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • 4-6 years’ sales and sales management experience in a related industry; with in-depth experience of channel management, in roles of increasing managerial responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
