Job summary

A leading banking technology firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Executive to drive technology sales and build relationships with clients in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven sales success, have deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate and partner with diverse stakeholders. We're looking for a Saudi National who is fluent in English and Arabic, with the ambition to succeed in a competitive environment.

Opportunities
  • You will articulate and demonstrate Temenos solutions through strategic value‑based selling; building strong business cases; developing a return on investment analysis, and using other references and industry data to build relationships at multiple levels and ultimately drive deals from inception to close.
  • You will work with customer stakeholders to understand their bank’s strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
  • You will create value by partnering with technical and non‑technical executives to support their transformation journey by showcasing the commercial and technology value of our solutions.
  • You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track quarterly forecasts/revenue.
  • You will balance quarterly results while keeping a clear line of sight of strategic and long‑term revenue opportunities.
  • You will develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for your territory based on data‑driven customer research and market insight.
  • You will collaborate with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of end‑to‑end sales cycles and ensure the highest levels of customer advocacy.
  • You will proactively build and foster long‑term relationships with senior executives, thought leaders, influencers, and stakeholders in the banking and financial services sectors.
  • You will establish and foster relationships with primary alliance partners and identify new market and growth opportunities.
Skills
  • You should have a deep knowledge of the financial services industry, the trends, challenges, and innovations.
  • You should have a proven track record of success in selling complex technology solutions to the financial services sector.
  • You should ideally have experience of selling SaaS and digital transformation projects.
  • You should have a consultative and “hunter” sales approach which enables listening to and understanding customer needs.
  • You should have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into value propositions which engage a range of audiences.
  • You should be data‑driven and able to use data to tell stories, engage clients and create value and drive clients to action.
  • You should be able to navigate change and deal with ambiguity.
  • You should be culturally aware and experience of working in a globally matrixed organization.
  • You should be ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit, energy, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
