What you'll do
- Responsible for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the company’s multi‐channel fulfillment network.
- Work with all stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve the set targets and adhere to all procedures and policy of noon fulfillment center.
- Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including
- Inbound, Stores, Shipping, Quality Control and maintaining inventory and associated records.
- People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
- Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for Area Managers.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or supply management or a similar role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives that help to improve organization's financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
- A passion for safety as a value rather than just a priority.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.
- Technologically savvy, familiarity with google suite a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
