Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Data Architect. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, ensuring that the data systems and structures align with our organizational goals and support our commitment to providing exceptional experiences in the realm of entertainment and leisure.

Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand data needs, establishing data standards, and ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization. You will play a key role in enhancing data-driven decision-making and unlocking the full potential of our data assets.

Responsibilities

• Create data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements.
• Coordinate with the Data Science department to identify future needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure continuity of business and quality of service.
• Define and implement data architecture standards and best practices to support the organization's data needs.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and design efficient and effective data solutions.
• Manage data platform operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Implement and enforce data security measures, access controls, and data privacy standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Work closely with the Data Governance & Quality division to establish data governance practices within the data platform.
• Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders across the organization for data platform-related initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in data platform operations, efficiency, and scalability.
