Job Purpose
Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client’s requirement starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing & screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.
Conduct regular client visits; ensure high quality services are extended to the clients.
Plays a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations related to meeting the clients’ requirements is achieved.
Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client’s requirements.
Identify all potential business from the existing clients/ projects.
Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)
- Responsible to adhere to and work towards achieving the business measures, set guidelines, company’s standard operating procedures and strategies.
- Responsible to provide the sourcing specialist with the complete job description and terms and conditions for the requested job search.
- Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.
- Obtain regular feedback from the clients and adopts strategies to improve the service performance in co-ordination with the Operations Director.
- Responsible to adhere to MPH Quality Management System while performing the tasks.
- Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/ profit margin as targeted by the Management.
- Coordinates with the sourcing specialists to obtain the suitable resume’s matching the client’s requirements.
- Schedule client interviews.
- Obtain feedback from the Client after the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be mobilized
- Studies the terms and accords approval for contract.
- Ensure that all documents related to mobilization are forwarded to the clients.
- Co-ordinate with Contracts and Logistics, Finance and Business Development Departments in resolving issues related to Operations.
- Follow up with Client/ Sourcing Specialists on matters related to Recruitment.
- Responsible to generate and forward
- Negotiates with the Consultant/ Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.
- Prepares monthly Performance Reports as required by the Operations Director.
- Prepares Clients visit reports and circulate to Operations Director and Commercial Director.
- Generate projections (evolved from client visits), appraise the Operations Director during monthly Account Review Meetings of the projections anticipated from three months and above; for intimating the Head of Sourcing to be ready with the required No. of suitable resumes for anticipated requirements.
- Responsible to be adept with the competitor information for the projects/ clients assigned and appraise the Operations Director.
- Responsible to do Lost/ Won Business Analysis.
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]:
- Degree in any Discipline
- 5 to 6 years’ experience in similar industry, Oil and Gas industry awareness is a plus.
- Ability to communicate fluently with Clients and understand their requirements. Fluent in English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
- Ability to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.
- Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
