This is a full-time role on TikTok’s Search Model Data Team under Trust & Safety. Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing daily audits and quality inspections
• Handling queue assignments, policy updates, and escalations
• Monitoring and analyzing labeling quality
• Coordinating with R&D and Product teams
• Creating localized training schedules and SOPs
• Delivering onboarding and process trainings
• Evaluating knowledge through testing and feedback

This role may expose you to sensitive or disturbing content (e.g. hate speech, self-harm, etc.) — so resilience and emotional management are key.

• Education: Diploma or higher
• Experience: Prior QA, Content Moderation, or Search-related roles
• Familiarity with search engine optimization or social media platforms
• Analytical mindset — data analysis, root cause evaluations
• BPO / Call Center experience is a plus
• Ability to handle explicit or harmful content
• High adaptability and emotional resilience
