As an Assistant Manager - Process Development at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in…

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost.
  2. Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to optimize manufacturing processes.
  3. Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepare operation sheets.
  4. Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences to minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Engineering Degree in Production/Manufacturing/Equipment/Process Engineering. Preferably 1-2 years of working experience or fresh graduates.
  • Good knowledge in analysis of manufacturing data, basic failure analysis & problem solving skills, knowledge in Six Sigma DMAIC, SOP drafting for quality improvement, and experience with machine measurement systems.
  • Experience in failure analysis & problem solving, Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
  • Preferably experience in the Medical or Healthcare industry, strong project management and statistical analysis skills, and experience in NCR and customer complaint handling.
