Job summary
A leading electronic company in Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing and proficiency in BM, English, and/or Mandarin. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in BM, English, and/or Mandarin preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries on products and orders.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
