What is your mission?

Act as the first point of contact for business owners and introduce them to online marketing solutions that can help increase their business visibility.

Handle business inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.

Deliver excellent service and support to advertisers, publishers, and users.

Work closely with your assigned clients to provide strategic guidance and resolve issues in a consultative manner.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to promote additional products.

Share feedback on tools, processes, and guidelines to help improve workflow and the overall customer experience.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management that support your role and contribute to the continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Who are we looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

At least 1 year of experience in inside/field sales as a Inside Sales, Pre‑Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales Representative, with strong exposure to cloud solutions.

Cloud architecture certification from any major provider is an added advantage.

Solid understanding of Cloud Computing model include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
