Job summary

A leading enterprise in the manufacturing sector seeks a skilled individual for production scheduling. The role requires coordinating shipment deliveries, managing import purchases, and liaising with suppliers. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in purchasing/planning are necessary. • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree and proven experience in purchasing/planning.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Understand ideal customers and their relation to products.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Compile status and performance reports for management.
• Monitor import purchasing.
• Issue purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.
• Liaise with forwarding agencies for customs issues.
• Coordinate shipment delivery and prepare clearance documents.
• Additional tasks assigned by the superior or management.
