Software Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer)

We are currently hiring at both Junior and Senior levels

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, payment flow, and performance testing on both web and mobile applications.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with product, development, and other stakeholders to verify fixes.

Perform usability testing to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience across different platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and support timely resolution.

Provide clear, structured feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance overall product quality.

Continuously review and improve QA processes, test coverage, and testing methodologies.

Support release management activities to ensure stable and high-quality production releases.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in manual software testing for web and/or mobile applications (Junior candidates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply).

Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, agile methodologies, and test case management.

Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Required languages: English and Mandarin (Fluent in both written and spoken) for direct communication with China-based clients.
