We are currently expanding and seeking experienced candidates to join our team as a Senior Project Manager role. This is an Immediate Vacancy and qualified candidate are encouraged to apply. About the Role

We are looking for a Manager who are capable to manage and administer the development of project including the overall coordination and management of the key and minor consultant designers i.e Architect, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and also contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and construction of medium and large size building projects.
• Design management of Consultants and Superintending Officer role under building contracts.
• Proven ability to chair meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and document outcomes.
• Managing of design teams and design process.
• Managing the tender process for supply & construction contracts and implementation of those contracts.
• Implementing the company procedures and policies.
• Project programming and monitoring physical progress & action program.
• Create working relationships and managing staff.

Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture & Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Has a thorough knowledge in developing project programs and experience in successfully completing projects in accordance with the program.
• An excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Experience in construction industry and building project is highly preferable.
• A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Office and other relevant software.
