Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs.
• Perform professional hair cutting, coloring, treatments, and styling.
• Provide advice on hair maintenance and recommend appropriate products.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Team & Operations

• Mentor and guide junior stylists and assistants.
• Assist with managing salon appointments and efficient time allocation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilizing tools and equipment.
• Promote and demonstrate retail hair products to clients.
• Handle client feedback and attempt to resolve complaints professionally.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for payments and bookings.
