The successful candidate will oversee talent management, support organizational change initiatives, and improve employee engagement. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the business goals.
Forecast talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Provide guidance on HR best practices and policies to support the company's mission and vision.
Oversee leadership development, employee performance management, and succession planning.
Identify high-potential talent and create strategies for employee development and retention.
Implement training programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, such as mergers, restructures, or culture transformations.
Support managers in navigating and managing employee concerns during periods of change.
Advise on conflict resolution and support managers in addressing employee relations issues.
Foster a positive organizational culture and high employee engagement.
Develop and monitor performance management frameworks that ensure employees are meeting business expectations.
Assist in setting up compensation and rewards strategies that support business objectives.
Use HR analytics to assess workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics.
Provide data-driven insights to help inform leadership decisions and organizational strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience at a junior managerial or supervisory level
Strong understanding of various HR functions
Understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
