Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring all requirements and feedback are managed prompt

Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive a successful program lifecycle

Monitor production plan, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking

Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.

Update and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects, such as PO management

Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure
