• Ensuring overall safety on the Production Floor.
• Achieving overall production daily output and target at optimum cost in the manufacturing process.
• Educating the Group Leader to motivate, train, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Overseeing that all documented procedures and instructions are being followed as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensuring schedule waste is properly managed and updating data in accordance with DOE requirements.
• Conducting a yearly internal audit for ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Overall managing the facilities section and liaising with subcontractors/suppliers.
• Attending daily meetings with related departments for output and target issues, delivery on time, and problem‑solving.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3‑5 years of related working experience.
• Good working attitude with good attendance.
• Ability to work under pressure/stress to deal with all levels of employees, including customers’ demands.
• Ability to work long hours when needed.
• Ability to achieve daily output and solve quality issues.
• Ability to control and monitor the Production team.
• Good communication with all levels & a good Team Leaderli>
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001, and good knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health.
• Can speak and write in English & Bahasa; Mandarin is an added advantage.
