Location: EVO Private Studio, Klang

Salary: Basic RM1,800 (Depending on experience) + Commission (RM3,000–RM6,000+)

What You Will Do

As a Personal Trainer at EVO, you will play a key role in helping clients succeed by providing both training and progress support.

Your Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 and small‑group training sessions
• Create safe, effective, joint‑friendly programs for adults 40+.
• Guide clients with proper form, progressions, and error correction
• Track attendance and session compliance

Client Progress & Accountability

• Guide clients via WhatsApp (check‑ins, steps, habits, weight updates)
• Motivate clients when they struggle, emotionally and practically
• Support clients with basic nutrition behaviour coaching (we provide training)
• Report client progress to the team weekly

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with head coach & team to improve client results
• Provide feedback on program adjustments
• Attend team training sessions to upskill weekly

Must‑Have Requirements

• ACE/NASM/ISSA Certified OR Degree/Diploma in Sports Science
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal training
• Able to communicate well and support clients consistently
• Professional, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work full‑time in Klang
