Job description

Assist in developing strategies that would encourage technology and digital adoption with the objective to improve business operation efficiency.

Understand the end‑to‑end perspective of the business operations/processes and explain how the digital model can be interpreted and used to resolve business issues.

Identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance by promoting innovative solutions to operational challenges.

Communicate technology strategy to stakeholders and identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance and recommendation for innovative solutions aligned with the business objectives.

To lead IT transformation projects with comprehensive strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, delivering value to stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Identify project resource requirements and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions and ensure project continuity.

To develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes and post implementation report.

To provide regular update and to facilitate project closure activities and conduct post implementation assessment to identify opportunities for improvement.

To complete assignments, tasks and project assigned according to predefined timeline, budget and quality, ensuring all Key Performance Index (KPI) are met and aligned to the department and business objectives.

Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

At least 5 years working experience in IT fields and 2-3 years of hands‑on working experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager role.

Candidates with certification in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma or project management (i.e: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner, ScrumMaster & etc.) will be added advantages.

Excellent written and verbal English communications and ability to articulate complex technology ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and outstanding interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams.

Outstanding organizational skills, detail‑oriented, ability to multi‑tasking and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Knowledge of the latest trends in the relevant business and digital technology.
