Job Purpose

The Graduate Trainee for Integrity & Governance team is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Integrity & Governance Unit in planning, developing, and implementing integrity and governance strategies and initiatives. In addition, the role is also expected to provide administrative support for IRM Department to ensure smooth departmental operations through effective coordination, documentation, and office administration to uphold the company’s integrity framework and compliance standards.

Job Accountabilities
  • Provide support and assistance to the Integrity & Governance Unit under IRM Department, including planning, development and implementation of strategies and initiatives relating to integrity and governance.
  • Provide office support and administrative duties for the IRM Department.
  • Undertake any other tasks/assignments as and when required.
Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competences
  • Formal Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, risk management, internal audit or equivalent. Professional certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Work Experience: Fresh graduate or less than one year of working experience.
  • Skills / Knowledge/ Qualifications:
  • Possess a good command in written and spoken English.
  • Highly credible and strong integrity character with good analytical skills and great passion for learning and keep up to date with knowledge of integrity & governance and risk management.
  • Strong drive and result-oriented individual with ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative manner.
