Job Summary

As an Engineer, Test/Debug in Networking and Telecommunication, you will set up test stations and processes, perform yield monitoring and drop investigation, and provide solutions for test processes and procedures. You will support new product introductions, assist in new part/process qualification, lead first‑level failure analysis and root cause investigations, supervise a task‑force for yield improvement activities, participate in quality, environmental, safety and health management system programs, and work with the production team to meet quality, yield, and scrap goals.

Responsibilities

• Setup test stations and process involved as assigned.
• Perform yield monitoring, yield drop investigation, and provide solutions to maintain test process and test procedures.
• Assist in new part/process qualification prior to the phase‑in/cut‑in of new parts/processes.
• Lead a team of task force participating in the yield improvement activities.
• Participate in the development of quality, environmental, safety and health management system program.
• Work with production team to ensure goals set for quality, yield and scrap are met.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to identify and resolve software or hardware defects efficiently.
• Experience with common debug equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers and JTAG debuggers.
• Experience in handling product and NPI is advantageous.
• A team player who can interact effectively with all levels within the company.
