Content Strategy & Planning
- Plan content calendar for TikTok, IG, FB and YouTube.
- Shape content strategy to increase reach, CTR and conversion.
- Work closely with the creative team, videographer and copywriter to deliver consistent content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and publish daily content.
- Monitor engagement and reply to relevant comments/DMs.
- Analyse best posting time and current trends.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads & Google Ads.
- Set up campaigns, A/B testing, audience targeting and retargeting.
- Monitor daily performance and optimise for best ROI.
Influencer & KOL Collaboration
- Identify suitable influencers for Icon Production and Icon Group campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing, KPI and deliverables.
- Monitor content delivery and report performance.
Data & Analytics
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports for all channels.
- Analyse engagement, funnel performance, cost per lead/conversion.
- Propose improvements based on data insights.
Branding & Positioning
- Ensure all content follows the tone-of-voice of Icon Production.
- Ensure visual, caption and messaging are consistent with brand direction.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Icon Production & Icon Group (launch, promo, event, NGO charity project).
- Coordinate with sales & creative team to deliver on-time campaign output.
SEO & Website Management
- Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, keywords).
- Monitor website, landing page performance & CTR.
Trend Spotting & Creative Ideas
- Constantly aware of TikTok trends, IG Reels, memes, viral audios.
- Translate trends into content for the brand.

- Build loyal community through content, live sessions and consistent engagement.
