Job summary

A leading service provider in Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer enquiries and bookings. The ideal candidate should have fundamental skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with an emphasis on problem-solving and effective communication. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries and keeping accurate records. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer bookings, enquiries and price requests via call, text and email
  • To troubleshoot operation issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, record detailed information of inquiries, complaints or comments, and be able to analyze different situations of customers and solve problems in a targeted manner
  • Work well with the sales and operations team
Requirements
  • Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia, preferable knowledge in Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, mobile & consistent of quality
  • Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline
  • Willing to work on shift including weekend and public holiday
