Serve as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for the Sales team, managing all communication regarding order fulfilment, inventory availability, and supply constraints.
Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to develop, consolidate, and challenge rolling demand forecasts (by SKU, customer, and region), utilizing historical data, market intelligence, and promotional plans.
Drive forecast accuracy by providing Sales teams with regular performance reports on forecast vs. actuals, in‑stock rates, and customer service levels.

Proactively manage daily supply exceptions (e.g., production delays, quality issues, logistics disruptions). Develop and communicate contingency plans to mitigate impact on customer service.
Lead or actively participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing data and analyses to facilitate cross‑functional dialogue.
Act as the consolidation point for regional performance data (e.g., sales, shipments, inventory, forecast accuracy) from all markets or business units.
Generate and distribute standardized and ad‑hoc executive reports for regional leadership, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and performance summaries to support senior leadership in business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
