A banking company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Bank Customer Service representative. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products through inbound calls and emails while maintaining high service delivery standards. Handle customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking product via inbound call & email.
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintain database.
Additional Info:
Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break) Rest 2 days (Off day may be split)
1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance

Quarterly KPI Incentives (up to RM2,000)
RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (One time off)
RM350 Fixed Shift Allowance/ up to RM900 if night shift
RM25 per day → Transport Allowance (start anytime before 7am / end after 12am)

Yearly Performance Bonus and Salary Review in March
