FUNCTIONS

A leading Caribbean Hotel Resort Group with over 45 properties across more than 5 countries in the region is currently in the middle of a major digital transformation and seeking a highly experienced Change Manager to work during the implementation and migration of its Property Management System and HR software. This position is for you if you:

  1. Have at least 15 years of experience being the go-to person for change management during large software implementations and migrations within the hospitality industry.
  2. Are willing to be part of one of the region's top Hotel Groups and be responsible for leading the implementation of the new PMS.
  3. Have experience working with Property Management Systems.
  4. Have strong communication and leadership skills.
  5. Are fluent in both English and Spanish.
  6. Can travel.

Nice to have:

  • Based in Cancún or willing to relocate.
  • Experience working with Minsait TMS.
  • Experience working with Success Factors.
