Responsabilidades
Provide follow-the-sun technical support for internal and external clients.
Analyze and diagnose client issues on the Mx3 platform.
Collaborate with various teams for problem resolution.
Develop troubleshooting guides and support processes.
Conocimientos
Programming Skills: Java (C, C# and python are a plus)
Database Skills: SQL query building and performance analysis
Operating Systems power user skills: Linux
Advanced level of English
