• bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related filed – an MBA is a plus
• 3‑5 years’ experience in management consulting or similar field
• advanced or fluent in English
• willingness to travel
• analytical and problem‑solving skills
• capacity to assume and delegate responsibilities in project context
• drive for improving and refining methodologies and internal processes
• team player and ability to help other professionals develop
• flexible in adapting to rapidly changing environments
