Accounting Specialist, Mexico — NIF/IFRS & Tax Pro
Job summary
A leading professional services company is seeking an Accounting Services Specialist in Mexico. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations, and mentoring junior associates. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with opportunities for career growth in a flexible work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Mexican Finance and Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of NIFs, IFRS, and Mexican tax legislation.
- Hands-on experience with SAT electronic accounting and CFDI issuance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review full sets of accounts in compliance with NIFs and IFRS.
- Perform and review bookkeeping and accounting entries aligned with SAT regulations.
- Generate analytical reports and ensure compliance with Mexican accounting legislation.
